She enlightens and enriches lives, yet is poorly paid with no free time and drowning in paperwork. Without her, we would have no future art, science, medicine or anything of any standard and quality.

What kind of a society do we live in where those who enable the next generation are being overlooked, down trodden and slowly worked to death?
