O God, when the Word was with You and You were the Word and the Word you spoke, could You have known it was such an open-ended Word? That Your one Word could have made a universe and peopled it with planets and stars and quarks and cats and dogs and humans and me? What a vast and intricate Word it must have been! Each syllable a library, each letter a deep ocean of meaning – no wonder so many of us think you're omniscient. Personally, I think You happened to think of It and said It just to sound It out, and that we're all trapped in the sounding of that great and terrible Word.
I'm afraid to know what Word you'd say if You considered Your options.
