The aroma is remarkable: rich, sweet, caramelly, complete. In the cup substantial, brightly rich, with tickles of citrus and cocoa. The chocolate-toned finish sits rather heavily on the palate.

China Waters was justly proud of the coffee at the Blue Onion. She had no intention of trusting its preparation to her daughter, Barbie.
Holly, on the other hand, was showing some potential. If only she didn't spend so much time daydreaming!

Coffee is the opposite of beer. Coffee is sharp, dark, meaty, expensive. Beer is soft, light (except when it's dark), foamy, and friendly. Coffee winds you up; beer winds you down. Coffee has piercing eyes; beer gives you a big ole hug.
