And I've increasingly nursed a guilty secret, which is that I hate it...Since barely an iota of all that good health, strength of body, self-confidence, competitiveness, well-being in the world, was passed down to me or even instilled at a later date, I'm left with this dismal feeling that I must be the exception to almost every evolutionary rule in the book.
