My daughter is an only child, I was present at her birth, she is the light of my life, to see her grow to see her personailty growing and maturing is better than a beautiful sunset or looking at the bright stars in a clear night sky.

It takes quite a lot to move me to anger (as a typical woman). But I was enraged on behalf of all daughters in patriarchal societies when I discovered that the Jewish 'order of service' can actually contain a prayer in which the men thank God for not having been created female...Absolute shame on them!
